Udayan is a Trainer, Inspirational Speaker, Psychotherapist, Behavioral Coach and Innovation Consultant.

In addition to his corporate experience across India, Udayan is also an accredited and certified Reiki and NLP practitioner. International training organizations like ACBM & ARC, has also recognized Udayan, as their most valued training resource.

 

Udayan’s academic qualifications include a Masters Degree in HRD as specilization,  an MBA with Marketing and HR from ICFAI.  He is a Gold Medalist in HRD from Ranchi University.

For the last 12 years,  he has been passionately conducting research into the concepts of mind, matter and spirit. He has been a healer and has conducted numerous healing sessions, with his innovative approach to life and healing.

Udayan has also trained / mentored over thousands students across schools and colleges throughout the nation on all aspects of soft skills training to enhance employability and entrepreneurship for the youth through various behavioral and personality development programs.
